Travel agency representative play an important role while planning for our trip it helped to understand which spot will take how much time so that we can plan better and cover more spots. We had requested travel agency to provide good driver.  Driver (Babu)   was very punctual , throughout our 7 days journey he had guided us very well. We need to share our points initially with him so that he can travel accordingly. Cab (Ethios) was in good condition. Every day we find neat and clean cab. He knows little bit Hindi but  comfortable in English. We didn't face any issue during our 7 days trip (Coimbatore, Munnar , Thekkaddy, Alleppy, Kovalam, Kanyakumari, Rameshwaram, Madurai , Coimbatore). We enjoyed a lot. “ We got very good service. Driver Dinesh is good in driving and of good nature. In spite of raining in Kodai Kanal we enjoyed sightseeing. Coimbatore to Kodai Kanal to Coimbatore full trip became a good memories. One small suggestion: Drivers know English so fine we could communicate. But if along with English if they are trained with some common Hindi day to day sentences then it will be helpful as many tourists come from North India. Anyway their English is fine. Thank you. ”

Hired Innova  for 6 days to ooty and kodaikanal, car well maintained with all the travel amenities ,specially for long travel like Music system and LCD screen.
